Reach-A-Meal (“we”, “our”, “us”) is a community-focused mobile application operated by GSRIT Solutions. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect information when you use the Reach-A-Meal mobile application.
Reach-A-Meal helps users discover nearby free and low-cost food locations and enables community members to submit and verify food availability information.

Uploaded photographs may be stored securely using Firebase Cloud Storage and may be reviewed as part of our moderation and verification process.

Reach-A-Meal may allow users to confirm whether food is available, report incorrect information, or report inappropriate listings.

Reach-A-Meal uses services provided by Google and Firebase to operate application functionality.
These services may process limited user, device, authentication, diagnostic, or location-related information in accordance with their respective privacy policies.

Reach-A-Meal may send notifications relating to food stall submissions, verification status, community activity, important service messages, and application updates.
Users may disable notifications at any time through their device settings.
We may use Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics to understand application usage, identify technical problems, monitor crashes, and improve the performance and reliability of Reach-A-Meal.
Reach-A-Meal currently does not display third-party advertisements and does not use advertising SDKs for targeted advertising.
Reach-A-Meal currently does not process payments or financial transactions within the application.

Certain community food-location information may be retained in a de-identified form where it continues to provide useful information to the community and is no longer linked to the deleted user account.

Reach-A-Meal relies partly on information submitted and verified by community members.
Although we take reasonable measures to improve accuracy, Reach-A-Meal cannot guarantee that every listed food location will always be open, available, or serving food at the exact time shown.
Users must not submit false, misleading, unlawful, inappropriate, or unrelated content.
Reach-A-Meal reserves the right to review, reject, suspend, archive, or remove community-submitted content that violates application policies or creates safety, privacy, fraud, or accuracy concerns.
Reach-A-Meal is not specifically designed to collect personal information from children.
If we become aware that personal information relating to a child has been collected contrary to applicable requirements, reasonable steps will be taken to review and remove that information where appropriate.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time as Reach-A-Meal evolves or when legal, regulatory, technical, or platform requirements change.
